Official: Apple Has Just Sent iPad 3 Event Invitations For March 7

Its official now. The iPad 3 will be announced on March 7th. Apple has just sent out invitations for next big event at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco at 10 AM PST, on Wednesday, March 7th.

Apple’s iPad 3 is expected to feature a high-definition 2,048 x 1,536-pixel Retina Display, a new quad-core Apple A6 processor, a larger battery, embedded 4G LTE connectivity, an 8-megapixel camera and an exterior design that is very similar to the current iPad 2 but with a slightly modified case.
