Nokia N8, the much awaited SmartPhone is set to launch in India

Nokia is all set to roll out its much awaited Smartphone Nokia N8 in the market. The company has revealed its features through a demonstration to the media in Delhi. It is the first handset from Nokia with a 12 MP camera and World’s first Symbian^3 device.

Nokia N8 comes with an anodized aluminum body and 3.5″, 640 x 360 pixel AMOLED 16:9 nHD display. It has 16 GB built-in memory which is expandable up to 32 GB. Other features include dedicated microphone, Quint-band 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth 3.0. The smartphone will be available in 5 colors like silver white, dark grey, orange, blue and green.

Nokia N8 is expected to be available this October in India within a price range of Rs. 22,000 to 23,000

Windows Phone 7.5 Tango Officially Renamed As ‘Refresh’

The next version of Microsoft’s Windows Phone operating system after Mango 7.1 is officially renamed as ‘Windows Phone 7.5 Refresh’ – according to the head of Windows Phone division for Microsoft Italy.     According to Italian version of the post , 7.5 Refresh update will mostly be an update to the minimum specs of the devices it’ll be able to run (minimum RAM requirements is dropped from 512 MB to 256 MB).
